Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


We offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders and ship via UPS and USPS. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days and take 3-7 business days. Pre-order items will be shipped upon their arrival at our warehouse. Estimated pre-order ship dates are displayed on each product page and while we aim to ship by the estimated date, there may be unforeseen production delays by the manufacturer. If there are multiple pre-order items in an order, we may in certain cases, ship the order once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

We also offer Expedited Shipping, $18 for 2-3 business days and $38 for next business day, if orders are received before 3:00pm EST on weekdays. 

International Shipping is $15 and takes 3-7 business days. We can also ship via UPS Expedited or DHL Express for $45 (3-5 business days) and $55 (1-3 business days).  

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm EST will ship on the following business day.

Please note we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of packages on domestic orders postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt and issue a full refund. Please ensure the product is not used and has the original tags and packaging or we will not be able to accept the return and the items will be forfeited or returned to the customer at customer's expense. Shoes must be returned with the original box, unworn and undamaged. Please use the enclosed free return label on your return package. You may complete the return form and include it in your package. The package may either be dropped off in a U.S. Postal Service mail box or it can be dropped off at any post office. All return refunds are processed upon their arrival.

Please note seasonal promotions and discounts only apply net of returns and adjustments are made for returns. *Exclusions of certain collections may apply to seasonal sales, offers and promotions.

International Returns
For international returns, please return items within 20 days for a full refund.  Please return items to:

To expedite an exchange for a different size or color, please place a new order online to ensure product availability. Then simply return your original item using the free return shipping label. A return refund will be processed upon arrival at our warehouse.
